Privacy Policy

TemmaTech ("we") provides the Yomeruyo manga update application (the "App"). This policy explains how we handle information in the App.

1. Information we collect

• Account: a generated guest identifier and, if used, Sign in with Apple identifier and display name.
• Purchases: App Store membership transaction data needed to verify purchases.
• Usage: followed manga, reading state, and product-interaction events such as screen views, searches (not the search text itself), follows, reads, notification opens, and purchase-funnel actions. These events are processed on our own servers and do not use an advertising identifier.
• Diagnostics: crash and error reports through Sentry.
• Feedback and requests: the content, manga or provider name, official URL, app version, operating system and language setting that you voluntarily submit.

For on-device manga translation, eligible images are processed temporarily on the user's device. They are not sent to or stored on TemmaTech servers for translation.

2. Purposes and legal bases

We use information to provide accounts, follows, notifications and membership; verify purchases and prevent fraud; secure and improve the App; receive, internally review and respond to feedback and requests; and respond to support requests. Where applicable, our legal bases are performance of a contract, consent, legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the service.

You can stop product-interaction event collection at any time in Settings → Privacy without losing the App's primary features.

3. Service providers and international transfers

We use Apple for sign-in and in-app purchases, Sentry for diagnostics, and Slack for internal notifications about feedback and requests. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies. Information may be processed outside your country using the lawful transfer mechanisms offered by those providers.

4. Retention and disclosure

We retain information only while needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, security or dispute resolution. We do not disclose it to third parties except to the service providers above, when legally required, or when necessary to protect the service and users.

5. Your choices and rights

You can delete your account in Settings. This removes account, follow, reading-state, and submitted feedback data held by us; cancel the App Store subscription separately through Apple. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdraw consent. EEA and UK users may also complain to their local supervisory authority.
